How long does it take to build a website?

The timeline mainly depends on the number of pages and how quickly each stage gets approved. As a guide:

  • Business website: 4 to 6 weeks.
  • Editorial site or animated portfolio: 6 to 8 weeks.
  • Full redesign with SEO migration: 8 to 12 weeks.

You get a detailed schedule at kick-off, with the date of each stage. What changes timelines the most is when the content is ready: texts, photos and videos.
